Functional Health coaching programme
There are two ways we can work together under functional health coaching:
1) Without you having a Functional Medicine Practitioner (but with the authorisation of your GP). We can work together on the fundamental principles of the functional health lifestyle - addressing :
Sleep
Stress reduction/relaxation
Movement
A whole food diet
should you wish to, we can also continue to build on this foundation with the following :
Time in Nature
Community and connection
Toxic load reduction
Technology reset
Play
Creativity
Purpose and calling
Breathing
You can also add your own categories! There can be a whole A-Z of personal lifestyle changes and I encourage my clients to add their individual requirements to the basics.
Or
2) In partnership with your Functional Medicine Practitioner, Naturopath or Nutritionist.
I am trained to work with your practitioners, or can refer you to one if you would like. I can support you to implement their often complex treatment plans, supplement protocols and lifestyle changes. I know from personal experience that although these plans are invaluable in regaining your health, trying to navigate and implement them whilst dealing with a chronic disease can feel overwhelming.
As your coach I am here to help you process all of this and support you to break your plan down into small steps, so you can move forward when you are ready to start your road to recovery.
When working alongside your practitioner, our coaching sessions remain client centred. We work one step at a time, going at a speed to suit you. Recovering from chronic disease is about implementing long-term sustainable plans. This can take some experimentation, so I will be there when things don’t quite go to plan and for the times when they do.
I can also support you with:
Pantry/kitchen clean outs
Healthy shopping dos and don’ts/ kitchen equipment set ups
Advice on meal prep
Breaking down and simplifying your prescribed supplement regimes
Implementing practitioner-prescribed diets, including Whole food, Paleo, AIP, Gluten free, Keto etc
Elimination diets and re-introductions
We can work together for as long as you need, through to your recovery and onto long-term maintenance of your practitioner’s plan, supporting you to regain your health and vitality.

'Essentially you' is a deeper dive into you
Whilst I believe it is well within the functional health framework to add health and vitality back into your life, it is by reconnecting to who we are and relighting that inner light which helps us to truly thrive and live a fully inspired life.
In 'Essentially you' we re-evaluate 3 areas of your life in depth:
Internally you
Community and you
Expression of you
Once explored, we can start working on re-designing your future in line with your values, your heart and your hopes and dreams.
Then we go on to mapping a path towards bringing this into reality for you.
This journey like all the others I offer is about you, as only you know the answers that are right for you. I will partner with you to empower, support, and keep you accountable on your path.
This can be as complex a journey as you wish from:
